Professor Dr. Ona C. Miller is the visionary Founder and President of Conori Consults, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, developing, and empowering women and girls worldwide. With Consultative Status at the United Nations, Conori Consults is a global force for change, dedicated to dismantling barriers and shaping inclusive policies that promote gender equity.

With over two decades of experience, Dr. Miller holds a Ph.D. in Professorship and an EdD in Education, along with a Master’s in Management and a Bachelor's with concentrations in communication, statistics, and human resources. She is also a five-time author, four-time co-author, and a respected expert panelist at the United Nations.
