Conori Consults is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational institution dedicated to advancing women’s leadership within organizations, systems, and global forums.

Founded by Prof. Dr. Ona C. Miller, EdD, PhD, Conori Consults was established to move beyond motivational leadership models and toward governance-centered impact.

 

We believe leadership must be:

Our approach integrates research, education, advisory counsel, and global engagement to support women who lead organizations and women-led institutions worldwide.
